Community Management Group (CMG) is a Nevada-based Community Association Management company that offers services to assorted types of Planned Unit Developments (PUDs) for the Las Vegas Valley. CMG’s services will balance fiscal responsibility, cutting edge technology, homeowner education and a positive atmosphere for all PUDs from Single Family and Business Parks to Condominiums and Master Planned Communities. These communities will be provided with unmatched customer service and attention in all facets of the services provided.
CMG’s Mission Statement
To deliver exceptional customer service to each homeowner, Board member and vendor while partnering with communities to assist in decisions to maintain their property values and ensure the preservation of the Association’s financial health.
CMG is led by the management team of Courtney Murphy, SCM, CMCA®, AMS® and Myles Malcomb, SCM. With a blend of youth and experience, CMG will meet their Association’s needs by combining a high standard of customer service with a strong drive for excellence and technological advancement.
Courtney began managing Community Associations in 2004. She received her Nevada community manager’s license in 2006 and the Certified Manager of Community Associations® (CMCA®) national certification from CAI (Community Associations Institute) in 2007. In 2010, she received the Association Management Specialist. (AMS®) designation. These designations are awarded to individuals who have passed CAI’s professional management courses and adhere to a professional code of ethics. Through the knowledge, experience and integrity necessary to obtain the AMS designation, Courtney is able to provide associations with expert management services.
Myles has over forty years of business and customer service experience including twelve years as a Board President. With over twenty years in the HOA industry, Myles has served in various positions, from an inspector to the Director of Operations for over 175 Associations.
